Parminder Jeet Singh is a panelist at 23rd All India Children's Educational Audio Video & ICT Mela organised by Central Institute of Educational Technology (CIET), National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT). The theme of the panel is "Technology and Learning: The Road Ahead" where he will speak on open educational resources, licensing and related challenges considering India's vastness and inequalities.
