ETI Brown Bag Session 4: Studying the Scaling of TPD for English Language Learning in Karnataka

Our Senior Program Associate, Marzia Ibrahim, presented updates from our research on scaling English language teacher development in Karnataka as part of the Empowering Teachers Initiative (ETI) Brown Bag Session conducted by the TPD@Scale coalition on 26 February 2025. She introduced a framework contrasting technology as product versus resource and how this can serve as a framework to study Teacher Professional Development programs.
