IT for Change's five-day residential institute on Frontiers and Frames for a New Digitality, took place in Chiang Mai, Thailand. The institute aimed to equip civil society actors with the necessary vocabulary and tools to effectively address the emerging digital landscape and develop strategies for political organization.

Where do I start?

- Terms of Participation and Code of Conduct
- This is a residential institute. You must be able to attend the institute for its full duration and meet the outlined work and time commitments. Barring only the most exigent circumstances or emergency, you are expected to reach the location by the 29th of January 2023, and stay full time for all sessions between 30 January - 3 February, 2023.
- The travel fellowship includes round-trip economy airfare, meals and boarding (based on shared occupancy) for the duration of the institute from 29th January to 3rd February 2023 (with a check-out scheduled for 3rd February morning), and airport transfers in Chiang Mai. It does not include visa processing costs, vaccination costs, travel insurance, local airport transfers in the country of departure, international data/phone plans, excess baggage, or any additional room service requests.
- Please note it is your responsibility to look into and comply with the travel requirements from your destination and communicate any issues at the earliest to the team including travel restrictions, visa processing delays or other administrative issues.
- House Rules for the Institute
- All sessions will start on time, please be seated by starting time to ensure we are able to keep to the schedule.
- All sessions are mandatory and require your full engagement.
- Please be respectful and thoughtful in your engagement - Differences of opinion, healthy debate are welcome. Talking over others, derailing conversations and hostile argumentation is not!
